Delivery Information

1. If the recipient is unable to collect the packages at the time of delivery, the logistics company will contact the recipient or the purchaser to confirm the time available for delivery, and the delivery will be made subsequently. However, the logistics company will only make such contact up to three times in seven working days.

2. If the collection of packages is not made within seven working days from shipping due to reasons attributable to the recipient, the Company will notify the logistic company of canceling the delivery, and the Customer Service Center will notify the purchaser of canceling the order and a refund.
