Product return is subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions. Our customer service staff will arrange matters related to product return and refund.
Conditions for product return are set out as follows:

If the volume of use of a tea product is less than one-third of the product.
If there is any missing item in the packaging of a non-tea single product.
If the external packaging(/external box) of the product has material defects or is damaged.
If the customer is unsatisfied with the product or the product is not in line with the requirements, and the volume of use of a tea product is less than one-third of the product during the appreciation period.
A customer may return the product for any of the above reasons and be entitled to return it by delivery free of charge.
Please be aware that we will not accept any product return for the following circumstances:
If the return is requested after 30 days from the receipt of the products.
If the initial invoice is lost.
If the product is provided by “Shian Piin Tea Online Shopping Website” free of charge.

After learning about the conditions, if the customer service staff of “Shian Piin Tea Online Shopping Website” confirms the fulfillment of product return conditions:
If fulfilling the abovementioned product return conditions, we will coordinate with the delivery company cooperating with “Shian Piin Tea Online Shopping Website” based on the venue designated by the customer to process the delivery matters related to retrieving the products for return. Please cooperate with the product retrieval during normal working hours. However, please make sure the packaging is complete. If the packaging is damaged during the course of delivery, we will be unable to offer a full refund.
Please pack the products received initially into the original packaging. If internal and external plastic bags are opened and cannot be restored, please put them into the initial packaging box and return the package by delivery.
Once received and confirmed the products sent initially, the customer service staff of “Shian Piin Tea Online Shopping Website” will process the refund of the initial payments. According to the general accounting processing principles, if the refund is appropriately processed before the 20th of the month, you may receive the refund on the 25th of the month, or else, the refund time will be the 25th of the following month.

A refund is subject to the supplementation of such missing items. In this case, the purchaser shall bear the extra delivery charges. For any failure in supplementing the missing items or any damages that occurred to products during the course of delivery by the purchaser, we will be unable to offer a full refund.
